Renowned playback singer Udit Narayan found himself caught up in controversy once again after his first wife, Ranjana Jha, recently approached the Women's Police Station in Bihar's Supaul. She has filed a formal complaint against him on Tuesday, accusing him, his two brothers, and his second wife of serious criminal offences. Arriving with her advocate, Karunakant Jha, she submitted an application, alleging that she was subjected to a criminal conspiracy wherein her uterus was removed without her knowledge. She informed that she got to know of this only years later during medical treatment.

Udit Narayan's ex-wife files a complaint

In her complaint, Ranjana identified herself as the 61-year-old daughter of Chandrakant Jha, residing at Sanskrit Nirmali Ward No. 11 under the Balua Bazar Police Station area in Supaul district. She mentioned that she married Udit Narayan on December 7, 1984, as per Hindu customs and rituals.
