His film Homebound premiered at the recently concluded prestigious film festival. For the premiere, the entire cast and team of the film walked the red carpet dressed in their best outfits. Among them, Vishal grabbed eyeballs looking dapper. However, what made his debut more special was his journey from the small screen to walking one of the most prestigious red carpets. He recently opened up about the experience, recalling he was doubtful and nervous about his debut just days before the event.

In the film, Vishal plays the role of an underprivileged young boy who aspires to become a police officer in search of the respect he never got. During a recent interaction with Zoom, the Mardaani 2 actor was asked if he could relate to his character in the film.
