Raveena Tandon has strongly criticised Air India over its handling of passengers travelling with pets. The actress urged the airline to take lessons from the private airline Akasa Air, which recently introduced a pet-friendly program. Notably, this comes about four months after she hailed Air India for rising back after the deadly plane crash in Ahmedabad
Raveena Tandon took to social media on Wednesday to share the “inconvenience" faced by pet owners while flying with Air India. Her remarks come after Akasa Air recently announced an expansion of its Pets on Akasa service. The airline revealed earlier this week that it would now allow two pets per cabin, doubling its previous limit of one. Additionally, the booking window for pet travel has also been reduced to 24 hours before departure, instead of 48 hours earlier, in order to make the process more flexible for customers.
