Salim Khan, father of Salman Khan, was rushed to hospital on February 17 after his health deteriorated. He was reportedly diagnosed with a blood clot. Early reports suggested that he was stable but under observation. However, the latest reports reveal that he has now been put on a ventilator after his blood pressure spiked.
As per a report by The Indian Express, Dr Jalil Parkar from the hospital said, “He has undergone surgery and is now kept on a ventilator. He is stable but under close observation with regard to his clinical status.”
