Deepika Padukone has collaborated with Dinesh Vijan on two films in the past, `Cocktail` in 2012 that was co-produced by Saif Ali Khan, and `Raabta` in 2017 that marked Vijan`s directorial debut. The actress did a special song for the film.

Mumbai has been the base for Pathan over the past many months as Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone shot a major chunk of the film. Now, as the situation is improving the world over, producer Aditya Chopra has given the greenlight to take the spy thriller on international turf.

Last month too, Deepika Padukone was spotted at Maddock Office and we wonder if another collaboration with Vijan is in works! The actress already has films like `83, `Pathan`, `The Intern Remake`, a drama with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, and a film with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday coming up. 

Deepika Padukone was an ace badminton player before she started her modelling career. Her father, Prakash Padukone, is a badminton legend. She made her acting debut in 2007 with the blockbuster `Om Shanti Om` that completes 14 years this November.
