Yogita Bihani was born on August 7, 1995 in Bikaner, Rajasthan, to a Maheshwari Marwari family from Bikaner. She was brought up in Delhi.

She studied Sumermal Jain Public School in Delhi. She also completed her graduation from Delhi University and holds a degree in B.Sc in Computer Science.

After her graduation, Yogita joined Redfoodie Startup located in Faridabad, Delhi NCR. Later, she worked at different positions until 2016.

Later in 2016, she moved to Mumbai and started working at Pratham Education Foundation as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. She then secured a job as a Sales Manager in a software company called 'Trilyo'

She then participated in a food truck reality show named 'Femme Foodies' in 2017.

In 2018, Yogita even appeared alongside Salman Khan in his reality show Dus Ka Dum Season 3.

She auditioned for Femina Miss India 2018 and was among the top three contestants selected from the West Zone.

Her modelling career took off and she started appearing in several TV commercials as well as print advertisements.

The same year, she marked her acting debut as the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's show Dil Hi Toh Hai alongside Karan Kundra. The show ran from 2018 until 2020 and had 155 episodes.

Soon the actress moved towards films. She was seen in projects like AK vs AK, Vikram Vedha and more.

Bihani appeared in The Kerala Story, wherein she played the role of Nimah Mathews, a strong and difficult-to-influence individual to a woman in despair, after suffering a heinous incident.

Yogita is fond of dogs and also loves to travel.

She recently came to the spotlight after officially confirming her relationship with Archana Puran Singh's son Aaryamann Sethi. The actress said, 'It was a surprise for me too, as Aaryamann came a day earlier than our initial plan. On top of that, I didn’t even know he was announcing our relationship.'
