The new students of Bollywood, Tara Sutaria, Tiger Shroff and Ananya Panday attended a promotional event of their film Student of the Year 2 in Juhu, Mumbai. Student Of The Year 2 is produced by Karan Johar under his banner Dharma Productions and is a sequel to the 2012 Student of the Year, which had marked the acting debuts of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.

Student of the Year 2, features Tiger opposite two newcomers - Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria. Both Ananya and Tara are excited for the audience's reaction to their debut.

At the launch of the film's song, Ananya Panday said the audience should approach the film through a magical lens. "It was funny when people said, 'We didn't have these uniforms in school'. Even I didn't. It is a larger-than-life film and you have to take the magic that comes with it". The audience, she suggested, mustn't put on their thinking caps while watching it. The movie releases on May 10, 2019.

Also teaming up with Karan Johar's students were the star cast of Ajay Devgn starrer De De Pyaar De. Film's female lead Rakul Preet Singh grabbed all the attention thanks to her sparkling pink dress. Rakul plays the character of Ajay Devgn's girlfriend, Ayesha. This project marks Rakul Preet Singh's first collaboration with Ajay and Tabu. The film is written and co-produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Akiv Ali which marks his directorial debut.

Giving a tough competition in the fashion department was her co-star Tabu who looked gorgeous in a blue top which she teamed up with denim. The rom-com De De Pyaar De brings back the hit pairing of Ajay Devgn with his close friend, Tabu, who were last seen together in Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again. Tabu plays the character of Ajay's ex-wife in the rom-com.

De De Pyaar De also stars Alok Nath, Javed Jaaferi, Jimmy Shergill in pivotal roles. De De Pyaar De is scheduled to release on May 17.
