Disney's popular show Hannah Montana completes 20 years today. To mark the milestone, the makers brought the cast together, including lead actress Miley Cyrus, for a special reunion episode. The show will air on March 24, 2026. However, actress Emily Osment, who played Miley’s best friend Lily on the show, will be missing from the reunion episode.

Emily Osment on skipping HM anniversary special

A day before the reunion special, Emily Osment shared a video explaining why she will not be seen in the special episode. The actress shot the video from the sets of her show Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, which she is currently filming. The video also features her co-star Montana Jordan, who plays Georgie. The show is a spin-off of Young Sheldon, which itself is a spin-off of The Big Bang Theory.
