Just like in her previous appearances, Kim slayed this year as well with her iconic presence. For the event, Kim walked the blue carpet wearing a custom leather outfit by none other than Chrome Hearts, which featured a backless crocodile-print corset top and a low-dipping skirt. Now, a clip from the event is going viral showing Kim losing balance almost as a security personnel stepped on her dress.
