Actor Milly Alcock has spoken candidly about the criticism she anticipates ahead of her upcoming superhero film Supergirl, stating that she has learned to navigate intense public scrutiny following her experience on House of the Dragon, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Alcock, who plays Kara Zor-El in the forthcoming DC Universe film slated for release on June 26, reflected on the challenges of being a woman leading a major franchise. Drawing from her time on the Game of Thrones prequel, the actor said she has become more aware of how women are perceived and discussed in the public sphere.
