Night Always Comes manages to be poignant and heartfelt, if not meaningful. The film is basically held together by Vanessa Kirby's performance as Lynette, who’s just about struggling to keep her life together

Night Always Comes spends a night with Lynette (Vanessa Kirby), who’s just about struggling to keep her life together.
She is fighting to retain her childhood home, in which she resides with her Downs Syndrome brother, Kenny (Zack Gottsagen ) and their mother, Doreen (Jennifer Jason Leigh).
Doreen is an alcoholic, doesn’t care who gets hurt, and she is of no help. Lynette has to get $25, 000/- together and reach the loan office by 9 am in the morning. So Lynette sets out on a dangerous odyssey, confronting her own dark past over the course of one propulsive night.
