Selena Gomez, who used to be the most-followed celebrity on Instagram, called her quitting the social media platform as “the most rewarding gift”,  because she “felt more human” since leaving. 

The Only Murders in the Building actor claimed that stepping away from social media is one of the best things she could have done for her mental health.
