Hollywood star Whoopi Goldberg has tested positive for COVID-19. Goldberg&rsquo;s diagnosis was revealed by Joy Behar, one of her co-hosts on The View, during a broadcast on Monday.
&ldquo;Whoopi unfortunately tested positive before the break, but she&rsquo;ll probably be back next week,&rdquo; Behar shared.
Behar also affirmed that Goldberg&rsquo;s health condition isn&rsquo;t a cause for alarm at the moment, &nbsp;&ldquo;Since she&rsquo;s vaccinated and boosted, her symptoms have been mild. We&rsquo;re being cautious here at The View&rdquo;.
Talk show host Jimmy Fallon has revealed he tested positive for the virus over the festive period, but he was &ldquo;lucky enough&rdquo; to only show &ldquo;mild&rdquo; symptoms.
Fallon wrote on Instagram, &ldquo;Hey guys, on the first day of our holiday break I tested positive for COVID. I was vaccinated and boostered which made me lucky enough to only have mild symptoms. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who work so hard around the clock to get everyone vaxxed. Thank you to NBC for taking the testing protocols so seriously and doing a great job &mdash; and also thanks for putting me in the &lsquo;What &lsquo;chu talkin&rsquo; about Willis?&rsquo; isolation room when they told me the news (sic).&rdquo;
BTS members RM and Jin, &nbsp;fully recovered from COVID-19, announced BigHit Music, the management agency of the South Korean music sensation, on Tuesday.
&nbsp; Both RM and Jin, who tested positive for the virus on December 25, were released from quarantine at 12 pm KST today. &ldquo;We would like to inform you that BTS members RM and Jin have made full recoveries and their quarantines have concluded as of today [January 4] at noon. RM and Jin, who had been receiving treatment from home for the past 10 days, are now able to return to their daily activities,&rdquo; BigHit Music said in a statement shared on the fan community forum.
While neither member exhibited any particular symptoms during their quarantine, Jin had a slight fever when he first began treatment at home, but has since made a full recovery, the agency said.
