Actress Baghyashrii Borse has made an impactful debut with the recently released Tamil film Kaantha that also stars Dulquer Salmaan and Rana Daggubati among others. She essayed the role of Kumari, a first-time actress who falls in love with her co-star against the wishes of the film`s director who is also her mentor. The film has been directed by Selvamani Selvaraj. In one of the scenes in the film, Bhagyashrii had to repeatedly slap Dulquer`s character. The actress revealed that it was a tough scene and she was hesitant to do it.
