Actress Anushka Shetty, who became a popular face nationwide for her performance in Baahubali, recently announced that she will take a break from social media. The actress was most recently seen in the film Ghaati alongside Vikram Prabhu. Unfortunately, the film did not perform at the domestic box office.

Amid the movie tanking, Anushka took to her social media handles to share a handwritten note announcing her decision. She wrote "Trading blue light to candle light... (smile emoji). Will be stepping away from social media for a bit, just to reconnect to the world and work beyond the scrolling, to where we all actually started.
