Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan recently gifted his director, Sujeeth a brand new Land Rover Defender. Sujeeth directed Pawan Kalyan`s recent hit They Call Him OG. Many considered that the gift was a token of appreciation following the success. However, the actor had planned to gift the car to the director irrespective of the film`s outcome. 

Why Pawan Kalyan bought Sujeeth a car?

According to a report in Hindustan Times, a source revealed that Sujeeth wanted to film a portion of OG in Japan. This was during the last leg of the film`s shoot. Despite budget constraints, Sujeeth felt that the shoot in the East Asian country was essential. He then sold his Land Rover Defender to bring his vision for the film to life.
