It is only 3 weeks into January & 2023 has already been quite a year for actress, singer & mother blogger- Manasi Parekh. Her film, which has been helmed under her maiden production venture titled ‘Kutch Express’ had released earlier this month. The Gujarati film got very well received and the performances by veteran actress Ratna Pathak Shah , Darsheel Safary and Manasi herself won critical acclaims from many places. While the movie still continues to rule over Gujarati cinema, Manasi has made an announcement on her upcoming movie with Sharman Joshi titled ‘Congratulations’, which is slated to release the February 3 this year.

Manasi is presently basking in the glory of the movie's success and is also excited for another release. Besides an actress, she is also a mother to a girl child, which is why she has been spending a good deal of time away from her daughter Nirvi. Talking about ‘mom guilt’, Manasi confesses, “I think guilt is a constant condition for most working mothers. I also deal with it the way most women deal with it. In the sense, I am guilty on some days when I can't give Nirvi enough time, but then, I make up for it by being with her all the time whenever I'm free. I think I have come to realize that children; when they see their parents working hard, they see their mothers working hard, they become independent, smart, self-reliant & they become very supportive & Nirvi has been like that.'

She adds, “Whenever I'm traveling, I have family that steps in, Either Parthiv is around or I have my cousin sister who comes over and stays. Over the weekends, she goes to my Mom's house. Nirvi comes for my premieres and she also travels with me. But, when I refuse, she understands. So, I see this as positive thing for her growing up to be an independent individual”.
