As the sequel is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated releases of 2026, an update regarding Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo has surfaced. As per reports, he will play Rajinikanth’s close confidant in the film and mark his South debut.

Recently, Mithun Chakraborty confirmed that the Jawan actor will have a special appearance in the film. Hindustan Times quoted a source saying, “Shah Rukh plays the role of Rajinikanth’s close friend and confidante, whom he trusts with his life."
