Nagarjuna was asked if he was `receiving a promotion from father to grandfather`. The actor paused briefly to consider the topic before laughing awkwardly and attempting to move away. When asked again if the speculations on social media were true, Nagarjuna smiled and said, "I`ll let you know when the time is right." While the actor did neither confirm nor deny it, congratulations began to pour in for the family.
