In an interview with Motor Vikatan, AL Vijay confirmed the project, saying, “As soon as I came on board, Ajith sir said, `welcome to my world`." The filmmaker also stated that the world of racing is a do-or-die situation. He added, “Ajith sir told me you need to come out alive at the end of the race." Notably, the filmmaker did not confirm whether this will be a film or a documentary.
