Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (MSVPG), starring Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara, is gearing up for release this Sankranthi. However, it has found itself in the news as reviews and ratings for the film have been suspended on the ticketing platform BookMyShow (BMS), as per a court order, in a bid to prevent organised negative campaigns and malicious ratings against the film. Actor Vijay Deverakonda has expressed both happiness and sadness at the court order.

Taking to his X account, Vijay shared a screenshot of a news article stating the court’s order and wrote, “Happy and sad to see this — happy to know hard work, dreams, and money of many are protected in a way. And sad because of the reality of our own people causing these problems. What happened to live and let live? And growing together?"
