The heartfelt moment was shared through a family vlog during their holiday in London, where Ayushmaan praised his mother’s strength and resilience during what he described as one of the most difficult phases of her life.

Ayushmaan talks about Archana Puran Singh`s diagnosis

In the video, Ayushmaan revealed that Archana developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) after injuring her wrist while shooting for the film Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video in 2025. Speaking candidly, he said, “I am proud of my mom. She has had the hardest year, guys. She broke her hand and developed a rare condition called CRPS, which means her hand is never going to be the same again.” His words visibly moved Archana, who struggled to hold back tears.
