Gauahar Khan, an actor and television personality, has opened up about her parenthood journey, sharing intensely personal stories as well as the emotional toll of pregnancy loss while working a hard schedule.

On Debina Bonnerjee`s podcast, the 39-year-old, who is currently expecting her second child, discussed the hurdles she has experienced, including miscarriage and working in physically demanding professions.

Gauahar`s third pregnancy, yet her journey to parenthood was not without pain. "I had a miscarriage before, and it took me at least 1 to 1.5 years to recover from that," she explained, exposing the emotional toll of losing her first child. She also discussed how this affected her desire to grow her family.
