It started after Nidhi liked a post which criticised Khanna’s Bigg Boss 19 win. A fan of Khanna allegedly noticed this and accused Nidhi of being in a romantic relationship with him during their Anupamaa days. The fan wrote, “They had had an affair during Anupamaa." Nidhi sharply reacted to the comment, dismissing all the allegations. She wrote, “Yaa you know better," followed by a few laughing emojis.
