A little slice of Bollywood travelled down to Goa earlier this week to attend the soft launch party of VEDRO bar & kitchen, a new restaurant space designed by Sussanne Khan and owned by Vedant Gupta. Located in the Latin Quarter of Panjim, the restaurant’s eccentric cuisine is a “play on Indian flavours with French and Japanese techniques,” say chefs Maia Laifungbam and Sanchit Behl.
