Older adults who exercise regularly have better quality of life: Study

Researchers have discovered that when persons are over sixty, there is a correlation between less physical activity and a lower quality of life. The study was published in the journal, Health and Quality of Life Outcomes.

The same held true for increases in sedentary activities like TV watching and reading. This, according to the researchers, emphasises the necessity of motivating older persons to keep active.
