Kandivali police have arrested a 35-year-old man for allegedly duping ATM users by swapping their cards and withdrawing money from other accounts. The accused, identified as Syed Kalamuddin Khan, a tours and travels driver from Sakinaka, Andheri East, was detained at Mumbai airport on January 30 following a police tip-off.
