Chembur man held for allegedly supplying hundreds of E-SIMs to cyber fraudsters

A 25 year old Chembur SIM card agent was arrested by North Mumbai Cyber Police for allegedly activating over 600 E-SIMs using customers’ Aadhaar and KYC documents, which were then sold to cyber fraudsters

The North cyber police have arrested a 25-year-old SIM card agent from Chembur for allegedly supplying over 600 E-SIM cards of various cellular companies and cyber fraudsters, which were later used in multiple online cyber scams.
According to the North Regional Cyber Cell, the accused Kamal Pukraj Kuldeep, who worked as a POS agent for telecom companies, allegedly misused customers’ documents.
