In a major drug bust, officials from the Airport Commissionerate of Mumbai Customs Zone-III seized 14.548 kilograms of suspected hydroponic weed, valued at approximately Rs 14.5 crore in the illicit market. The seizure was made during the intervening night of August 5 and 6 at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA).

The passenger was arrested under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
