Fake cop, 2 aides held for cheating woman of Rs 8 lakh with fake IT job promise

Mumbai Police's Crime Branch Unit-6 has arrested three men including a fake cop who allegedly cheated a woman by promising her husband a job in the Income Tax Department, police said on Friday.
The accused used fake documents and posed as government officials to carry out the scam.
