Thane: 20 kg ganja worth Rs 4 lakh seized from car, three arrested

The arrested persons comprise two unemployed men, aged 25 and 29 and hailing from Shirpur in Dhule district, and a 25-year-old man from Madhya Pradesh

The officials said that the police have seized 20 kg of ganja valued at Rs 4 lakh from a car and arrested three persons in this connection in Maharashtra`s Thane district, reported news agency PTI.
A police team spotted the car parked near a temple in the Kamathghar area on Friday.
During inspection, they recovered 20.663 kg of ganja concealed inside the vehicle, an official from Narpoli police station said, reported PTI.
