<div>Two men arrived on a motorbike, one wearing a helmet and the other a mask, and forcibly entered the jewellery shop. The robbers threatened Sanghvi at gunpoint and attacked him with the butt of the weapon when he resisted, leaving him injured.</div>

<p>The assailants managed to break into the shop&rsquo;s safe and escape with 50 tolas of gold, worth an estimated Rs 40 lakh. Police have confirmed that the stolen gold was contained in 15 to 20 jewellery boxes.</p>

<div>Sanghvi was rushed to Cardinal Gracious Hospital in Vasai for treatment, and his condition is reported to be stable.&nbsp; The shop, managed by Ratanlalji and his son, Manish Sanghvi, was left in the elder Sanghvi&rsquo;s care as Manish was away on work.</div>
