Civil Aviation Minister seeks Maharashtra govt's support to intensify probe

Union Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu on Thursday, in view of speeding up the probe into the plane crash that killed Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister (CM) Ajit Pawar and four others, sought the state government's cooperation. 

In a letter to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis a day after the tragedy, Naidu sought the government's support for accessing the crash site, along with local administrative assistance and coordination with ground agencies, among other steps, news agency PTI reported.
