BMC polls: Mumbai records 53 to 55 per cent voter turnout

Mumbai on Thursday recorded 53 to 55 per cent voter turnout in BMC Election 2026 as polling concluded for 227 wards. The vote counting will begin on Friday morning at 10 am and the results would be announced later in the day.
According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), polling Mumbai recorded a voter turnout of 53 to 55 per cent.
