There’s a twist in the tale, or route, for athletes running the 42-km (full) and 21-km (half) marathon distance at the Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) on January 18.

The route will include the new Coastal Road for both distances, alongside the iconic Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The Coastal Road on race day will play host to thousands of heels instead of wheels, offering runners and  those who can afford to slow down a bit and stare at uninterrupted views of the Araban Sea and the city skyline.
