Maharashtra Day 2025: Mumbai BJP to celebrate with 106 events across city

The Mumbai BJP said that as per the plan, on 1 May, BJP workers will pay tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at 106 locations across Mumbai and the events will feature traditional Dhol-Tasha performances, Poetry, Powada folk songs, and cultural programmes honouring Maharashtra's heritage

As part of the Maharashtra Day celebrations on May 1, the Mumbai unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced plans to celebrate the day with as many as 106 different events across the city, an official statement said.
The BJP said that it will mark the occasion with large-scale programmes.
