The Maharashtra Economic Survey 2025-26 projects the state economy to grow by 7.9 per cent, outpacing the estimated national growth rate of 7.4 per cent. The report highlights strong growth in services and industry, rising per capita income of Rs3.47 lakh and Maharashtra’s 14 per cent contribution to India’s GDP.
