Maharashtra weather updates: State wakes up to warmer morning after cold spell

Maharashtra weather: Mumbai woke up to a warmer, hazy morning after its coldest November spell in 11 years. Santacruz recorded 21.4 degree celsius, while AQI stood at an unhealthy 176. IMD warns colder days ahead as clear skies and dry winds may trigger another temperature dip across Maharashtra

Cities across Maharashtra, including Mumbai, on Monday woke up to a comparatively warmer morning compared to the last few days. After experiencing its coldest November morning in over a decade, the city of dreams on Monday experienced a hazy and humid morning. 

The temperature at the Santacruz observatory was recorded at 21.4° Celsius, a significant increase of at least 5°C as compared to last week. It marked the relatively warmest night of the season yet. At the same time, the minimum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 21.2° Celsius.
