Maharashtra Chief Minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis on Friday directed state officials to reduce the number of permissions required for setting up new industries and accelerate approval timelines, as part of efforts to strengthen the state’s position as India’s leading investment destination, news agency PTI reported.
