Three rare Pallid Scops Owls were rescued by alert citizens from different parts of suburban Mumbai earlier this week. The birds were taken to animal clinics and a wildlife organisation for treatment and rehabilitation, and will be released after recovery

Three Pallid Scops Owls were rescued by citizens from different parts of suburban Mumbai earlier this week.
One of the birds was taken to Dr Rina Dev’s animal and bird clinic in Khar, another was admitted to Exotic Vets in Chembur, while the third was handed over to RAWW (Resqink Association for Wildlife Welfare) for treatment and rehabilitation.
