Mumbai reports two fresh Covid-19 cases, active tally in state at 44

Mumbai on Sunday reported two fresh cases of Covid-19 taking the overall active tally in state to 44, a public health department`s bulletin said.
With addition of the fresh cases, Maharashtra has reported 2,626 positive patients since January 2025. The state has so far conducted 36,034 Covid tests since January 2025, the bulletin said.
The recovery rate currently in state is at 96.76 per cent, officials said, adding that till date 2,541 patients have recovered from the virus.
