A student of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay was declared dead after he fell from a hostel building on the Powai campus in the early hours of Saturday, according to Mumbai Police.
According to the police and an IIT Bombay statement, the deceased was a 22-year-old student from Delhi who was pursuing a BTech degree.
