Union minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday hit back at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over her refusal to implement the Waqf (Amendment) Act, reported the PTI.
Rijiju stated that under a federal structure, a state cannot block a law passed by Parliament.
