Mumbaikars, brace for a 14-hr mega block on Harbour line this weekend

During this mega block, the CR will take place for the proposed diversion of rail lines between Kurla and Tilak Nagar stations by realigning the harbour line tracks

IN a historic shift over a century on, the Central Railway (CR) this weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be undertaking the track diversion work to construct an elevated harbour line station at Kurla station. 

For this, the CR has announced a 14-hour-and-30-minute special traffic and power block on the Up and Down harbour lines between Wadala Road and Mankhurd stations for the weekend.
