Round-the-clock emergency medical care rolled out at more CR stations

Emergency Medical Rooms are already functioning at Byculla railway station, Kalyan railway station and Vashi railway station. In addition, Kalva, Titwala and Karjat stations have also become operational under newly awarded contracts

The Central Railway on Saturday said that it has added more round-the-clock emergency medical care at its stations in Mumbai and its nearby areas.

An official statement said that the Central Railway has taken an important step to improve passenger safety by setting up Emergency Medical Rooms (EMRs) at several railway stations across its Mumbai Division.
