Mumbai local train operations were briefly affected after a 'drunk man' lay down on the tracks at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) station on Monday, officials said.
They said that the man, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, lay down between the railway tracks, disrupting suburban train services at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus.
