The Shiv Sena (UBT) on Wednesday said its affiliate wing shut down the Mumbai office of a major online food delivery platform, citing complaints of poor service, withholding customer refunds, and misleading information about listed restaurants.

Akhil Chitre, head of the party’s communication wing, made the announcement in a post on X, alleging that customers who place orders through the platform are receiving substandard service.
