Some residents of the upscale Trump Tower in Mumbai have taken their grievances to the Bombay High Court, alleging that the building’s developers failed to provide the promised 10 hours of free flying time in India’s finest private jet service. Macrotech Developers, formerly known as Lodha Group, are the developers behind Trump Tower Mumbai, a 75-storey ultra-luxury residential skyscraper.

“When we bought our flat in Trump Tower, the builder clearly stated in the agreement that we would receive 10 hours of free flying time on India’s finest private jet service. On December 1, 2022, we reached out to the developer to inquire about this promise. They responded on February 28, 2023, stating that we could use the flying time through one ‘Plexus Aviation,’ but we would need to cover landing and waiting fees. This additional cost was not mentioned in the agreement, and we believe it’s unfair to be charged extra.
