In line with the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), Mumbai University has released the academic calendar for the 2025–26 academic year for all MU-affiliated institutions offering degree courses.

The schedule outlines key academic activities, including online pre-admission registration, internal and theory (written) examinations, and result declaration. According to an official circular, first-year (Semester 1) and second-year (Semester 3) theory examinations for humanities, commerce, and science streams will be conducted from October 9 to October 25, 2025. Internal and practical examinations will also be conducted in accordance with university regulations.

Colleges affiliated with MU have been instructed to submit students’ examination applications and fees via the Samarth portal by September 15, 2025. Evaluation details for these examinations must also be updated on the Samarth portal by November 28, 2025.
