Mumbai weather update: Clear skies today after rain; city records ‘good’ AQI

Mumbai awoke to clear skies on Tuesday, following moderate showers on Monday evening that offered welcome respite from the heat and rising pollution levels. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted partly cloudy skies through the day, with chances of light to moderate rain or isolated thunderstorms in select pockets.
As per the IMD’s latest forecast, maximum temperatures are likely to hover around 32 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is expected to be near 24 degrees Celsius. The brief spell of rain has helped cool the city and contributed to a noticeable improvement in air quality.
